Products

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and device.

Limited-edition prints are:

  • signed and individually numbered;
  • printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm fine art paper;
  • supplied unframed;
  • available in the sizes stated on the relevant product page.

The edition of 200 is shared across both A3 and A2 sizes.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you place your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your basket.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation that it is being processed.

We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • there is an obvious pricing or description error;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card details ourselves.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you.

Further information is available on our Delivery & Returns page.

Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full information about cancellations, returns and refunds.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@paulhanson-artist.com.

Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Limited editions

Each limited-edition print is numbered as part of the stated edition.

The edition number allocated to an order is determined by the sequence in which prints are produced and fulfilled. We cannot guarantee a particular edition number unless this has been agreed in advance.
